Our first test of the season was the Open at Delamore by kind permission of Mr & Mrs Dollard and Snowy Parker. Our judges were Mrs M-J Opie, Mrs M Allen and Mr N Sheppard.
This was held in the long valley which is lovely ground mostly woodland and grass and reeds where we were able to hold a walk up. There were some quite challenging retrieves but most of the dogs did very well.
The results were:-

2nd Binneybottom Bullfrog Blue at Grayspeed, Robin Gray’s lab dog
3rd Zennawood Pitch perfect, Jessica Latham’s Lab dog

Novice AV Retriever Test
Saturday 28th May

Our Novice test was held at the Sydenham Estate by kind permission of Mr & Mrs Graeme Hart and Mr Stuart Sanders. Our judges were Miss Judith Evans, Miss Jess Latham and Mr Chris Stone
The dogs were tested in two different area of the estate, three tests in the morning after which we stopped for lunch and held another three in the afternoon We were able to use thick reeds, open fields and water, all of which the dogs coped with very well.

An enjoyable test day was held yesterday at Delamore Estate by kind permission of Snowy Parker and sponsored by Skinners dog food.
Our three judges Andy Faulkner, Oliver Organ and Danny Spence set an invigorating challenge for both dogs and handlers.
